At Inner Strength, you’ll have regular, one-to-one sessions in a private setting. I’ll customize your workout, ensuring you’re doing the right activities for your age and ability level. We’ll work together to adjust your fitness program as your body changes. You’ll stay on track, build confidence, and remain committed to a healthy lifestyle.

I’m Alden Grindle, founder of Inner Strength Personal Training. For more than 20 years, I have worked with people of all ages and abilities. Through personalized exercise and nutritional coaching, I help build your foundation for long-term health so that you can stay active, injury-free, and empowered to maintain a high quality of life.
My holistic approach
One-on-one personal training
We’ll develop a plan for general fitness that increases strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on improving your balance and mobility. We also can focus on preparing you for a surgery (making recovery faster and more successful), or rehabbing from an injury or surgery.
Nutritional and lifestyle coaching
We’ll work on your diet, activity level, stress level and sleep habits so that you can tap your body’s natural ability to fight disease and heal itself. We’ll measure biomarkers so you can track your progress.

I’ll help you formulate questions to ask your healthcare providers so that you can take fewer medications and lead a healthy, vibrant life.
